Process daily transactions for members to include, but not limited to: deposits; withdrawals; loan payments; transfers and other as needed. Count cash shipments. Prepare coin shipments.Audit and balance teller drawers, money order accounts, vault cash, cashier’s checks, G/Ls, and inventories.Open and close basic member accounts.Issue cashier’s checks, money orders, gift cards, temporary checks, and Cedar point tickets.Process loan payments for members.Process member service requests including PIN changes, fee explanations, account history, debit card ordering, check ordering, change of addresses, name changes, and e-statement requests.Process night deposits, ATM deposits, and mail deposits.Prepare drawers and balance them at the end the shift.Attend sales/service meetings.Complete online BAI training courses as necessary. Open and closing the branch according to proper branch procedures. Answer phone calls and emails from the members. Restock marketing materials, forms, pamphlets and new membership packets. Write yearly self-assessment.Perform other duties and/or responsibilities as needed.I'm now a notary
