Development and execution of the marketing strategy for the international recruitment agency

careerloft is an innovative career network and scholarship program for talented students and graduates. We connect students on eye-level with attractive employers such as Audi, BASF, BCG, Bertelsmann, Commerzbank, E.ON, EY, Fresenius, Hogan Lovells, Linklaters, Merck, Metro, Münich RE, Peek&Cloppenburg, Sixt, SAP and Telekom. - project management in terms of the acquisition of careerloft-schoolarship members (highly qualified students) - project lead - careerloft partnerships- establishment and retention of partnerships with student associations, universities and other initiatives in the area of university students in Germany on high level - project lead of the video competition "Spotlight@TEDxBerlin" incl. the coordination of the following departments: IT, PR, application management, talent relationship management, design, social media- establishment of long-term relationships to universities and execution of events on campus with and without partner-companies such as SAP- event- and fair coordination - extension of the merchandising portfolio of careerloft- negotiations and successful introduction of new perks within the careerloft scholarship program- coordination of interns within the projects

"Design Thinking in Brazil" is a non-profit-project run by the non-profit-association deople Network e.V. and organized by a group of coaches and certified Design Thinkers from the HPI School of Design Thinking. We brought Design Thinking to the University of São Paulo in São Carlos organizing a workshop with the topic: "Mobility with public transport in São Carlos".

The western countries are facing demographic change. My master thesis at TUI Deutschland GmbH with the title "Demographic change as a challenge: The impact of HR-management on recruitment and retainment of high-qualified employees - a case study at TUI Deutschland GmbH" addressed this issue.

At the international office of Leibniz Universität Hannover I was responsible for the whole organization of a university fair. Moreover I was the supervising tutor for a group of Brazilian students, who came to study in Germany through the program "Ciência sem Fronteiras". Therefore I worked together with the DAAD and the Brazilian embassy. My further tasks were the official correspondence, support and assistance for students and consultancy about the application processes, procedures and structures at the university in Germany as well as in Latin-American countries.
