The ICO is the Film Hub Lead Organisation for the BFI Film Audience Network in the South East. Thanks to National Lottery funding, we work with film exhibitors of all types to build new audiences for independent and British films, nurture the professional development of new and emerging filmmaking talent, and build young people’s passion for screen culture and help them to develop careers in the sector.As Senior Manager, my role is to lead on and manage the effective delivery of all Film Hub South East activity.

JustGiving is the world’s social platform for giving. Their mission is to ensure no great cause goes unfunded. Founded in London in 2001, so far they've helped people in 164 countries raise over $3.3 billion for causes they care about.As Crowdfunding Support Lead, my job was to help users raise more funds for the causes they careabout through use of Crowdfunding pages and innovative fundraising tools. In this role I supported our users on their Crowdfunding efforts by providing guidance and advice to ensure they get the best out of new JustGiving products. This was mainly done over the phone or through email. The role grew into working with the product team to ensure the product grows to meet our users' needs so that they feel confident in their Crowdfunding efforts.

Coxed the junior women’s eight to gold in 2010 which was remains the first, and only, gold for GB Rowing’s junior women’s team.
