• Conducting investigation on North Korean human rights violations- Interviewing North Korean escapees and analyzing their testimonies to produce investigationresearch reports on North Korean human right violations• Executing international campaigns to lobby policy makers and diplomats to introduce North Korean human rights in their agenda through UN mechanisms such as Universal Periodic Review, sessions for Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, the UN High-level Political Forum on the SDGs and etc.• Conducting advocacy campaigns for South Korea’s signing and ratification of UN Convention onEnforced Disappearances, engagement with NGOs across Asia• Interviewing families of the South Korean abductees to North Korea and submitting the abduction cases to the UN Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances• Building and maintaining partnerships with domestic and international organizations for human rights• Developing program initiatives, projecting outlines and generating program reports

• Planning and implementing the 2015 US-Korea Business Innovation Forum, which the South Korean President Park and approximately 200 companies attended• Promoting the forum through phone marketing and writing invitation letters• Managing part time interns in communication committee and assigning tasks• Updating informational databases of participants

• Assisting diplomatic staffs and researchers• Writing the American and Korean daily political headline news for the diplomats• Translating English documents to Korean• Writing reports after attending major think-tank events related to Korean affairs• Providing logistic and administrative support during the visit of the Korean foreign minister to the United States
