I had experience working in PT Inspire Way Indonesia as an Audit Staff and English Translator. PT Inspire Way Indonesia is an export foreign investment manufacturing company from China that produces branded women's bags and men's bags, prioritizes quality and can provide innovative products while maintaining competitive materials and workmanship that can be recognized globally.I am responsible in carrying out job tasks about:- Inspecting the recruitment process and application documents comply with the applicable regulations; - Managing and archiving employee database documents (data entry) also registering the employee contract documents (PKWT) to the Department of Manpower; - Developing and registering company's regulation based on applicable regulations; - Inspecting the compliance of all the regulation, wages payment, working hour, overtime hour, employees attendance record and employee leaves based on UU Ketenagakerjaan with total of 1000- ish employees; - Conducting and ensuring employees training (fire drill and first aid) run as schedule; - Becoming the secretary of PT Inspire Way Indonesia's LKS Bipartit and responsible for the minutes of meeting; - Assisting and handling the process of company permit (OSS, Environment Permit, SLF) also managing the related supporting permit documents (Lightning rod, Air Compressor, Electrical Installation, Fire Extinguisher Installation, Water PDAM); - Assisting company in auditor conduct by buyer through SGS and follow up the CAP;- Ensuring and maintaining company good relationship with the government and conduct necessary work travel; - Ensuring the existing assets of company (hydrant, fire extinguisher, first aid box, suggestion box) are well maintained and responsible for the MSDS of all the chemical goods;- Elaborating the communication between the management representative with the third party (government, outsourcing and consultant).

- LBIPU is one of University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta's work units that carries out a program called English Tutorial Program (ETP) which is about English Language learning for students in University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) to be skilled at speaking English and writing simply in English;- Working continuously for a year to teach Law Faculty students in Semesters 1 and 2 in UMS about English Language subjects, both speaking and writing.
