By manipulating existing scripts in conjunction with the “actions” feature, I reduced the steps in past procedures to expedite the work done by department. The new system, I implemented, is now the standard procedure used by the department. It has increased output and reduced costly errors. I transported psychiatric patients to various psychiatric hospitals without a partner. I helped Emergency Room staff in trauma centers.
