I am a business and estate planning attorney located in The Woodlands, Texas. I counsel companies in transactional matters including entity formation, contract drafting review and negotiation, employment matters, and buying and selling a business. I also help individuals with their estate planning needs. I am a certified mediator and collaborative law practitioner.As a third-generation small business owner, I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs succeed. Small business owners face many of the same legal issues as big corporations, but have a fraction of the resources to devote to them. I view each business from a holistic perspective, and carefully consider not only the isolated legal question at hand, but how best to mitigate overall risks while maximizing revenues. This allows entrepreneurs to focus on what they do best, while having peace of mind that their legal position has been optimized.Growing up in a family business, and having a family of my own helped me understand the importance for all of us to plan for life's what ifs.
