• Took charge of several administrative duties as the company 3rd in-command to ensure smooth running of the overall company. • Managed a platoon to take on various SAF's operational duties, which includes the Health Surveillance Task Force during the Covid-19 Pandemic. • Led the Battalion Task Force during the Army's Training Evaluation exercise.

As an intern at Singtel's self-help department under the digital and innovation team, my responsibilities includes creating e-mail visual banners for the customer care officers, producing whiteboard animations for the new and upcoming project as well as analysing messages coming in from both agent chats as well as web chats. Spearheaded the creation of new designs and visuals for Singtel’s troubleshooting webpage with an aim to make it easier for end consumers to understand.
