WE ARE AN ALLIANCE OF TRAINERS, ORGANIZERS, AND INSTITUTIONAL LEADERS WHO HAVE DEVOTED OURSELVES TO THE WORK OF CREATING RACIALLY EQUITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND SYSTEMS. WE HELP INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS DEVELOP TOOLS TO CHALLENGE PATTERNS OF POWER AND GROW EQUITY.

Build and lead a site team that collaborates with school administrators, staff and teachers in implementation of Communities In Schools (CIS) model, as well as CIS employees, volunteers, and other community partners.Collaborate with CIS Development Team by speaking at multiple fundraiser to help raise funds and maintain annual budget of over $6,000,000.Led the annual needs assessment process based on such sources of data collected by school districts and schools as part of overall school improvement initiatives and evaluation results from previous year in order to create a strategic plan for current school year. Detailed oriented monitoring and adjusting based on data analysis of site, student, and financial reports. Organize, plan, and execute events to meet students and parent’s needs, which include: college tours, job shadowing, multi-cultural events, gender-based focused groups, parent nights, FAFSA workshops, and award/recognition ceremonies. Create and manage multiple event and site budgets. Interview, train, and manage Success Coaches for site programming.Yearly recruitment of students in order to build a caseload of 160-180 students to case manage throughout the duration of the school year.

Also, assist in removing academic barriers (dental, vision, hearing) through coordinating with local health service providers.

The Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, is a network of hubs developed and led by young people who are exceptional in their potential, their achievements, and their drive to make a contribution to their communities.

Work closely and advises the Executive Director; Assisted in the creation of the re-branding of T.I.M.E. University; Executed daily critical paths and milestones. Partners in the design of instructor-led volunteer training content from existing business documentation and direct updates from community partners.Develop and implement programs to assist in student-athletes leadership development and transition into high school and college athletic programs. Assist in the coordination of the M.E.N. (Mentor Empowerment Network) Summit.Successfully increased each summit enrollment from 150 attendees to 350+ in less than two (2) years. Making T.I.M.E. University’s M.E.N. Summit the largest in In-House summit for young men in middle and high school.Assisting in Creating and Delivers instructor-led training content across various levels in the organization.Assist in developing and maintaining the programming budget for the fiscal year. Coordinate and plan program development initiatives including leadership academies, community outreach service activities, sports camps and summits.Manage the day-to-day operations of the T.I.M.E. University Leadership Academy hosted at different educational institutions and community centers.Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and funders – assisted in raising over $100,000.Collaborated with marketing partner Mr. Doug James, General Manager at Radio One, in order to promote summit on the radio stations throughout the greater Charlotte community and surrounding areas.Develops and maintains speaker/facilitator guides, participant guides, and performance support materials for volunteer/supporter programs.Effective data analysis of web mail, registration platforms, and the pre and post assessment of program participants. Work directly with internal customers to develop, deliver training and/or instructional materialsAssists in maintaining and updating session descriptions and program curricula.

MAMA HOPE is a nonprofit that trains impact entrepreneurs from around the world and partners them with visionary leaders in developing countries to lift their communities out of poverty. Together, they fund and build community-identified sustainable projects using local resources. MAMA HOPE is creating future leaders and revolutionizing the way sustainable projects are funded. To date, MAMA HOPE has impacted over 150,000 people in rural African communities and now is expanding worldwide. I have joined forces with MAMA HOPE, as only the second US based Global Advocate fellow. This collaboration will help connect the Lakewood Community, where I currently live, with the resources needed to build an economical and residential sustainable community: where residents design, own, and implement the solutions needed to support their vision. The combined efforts of community leadership, organizations, and the public sector is and will be essential to the success of Lakewood. Not only will we be working with my non-profit, T.I.M.E. Foundation, to help young men in the community to realize their full potential through our Leadership Academy, - we will also be working alongside many others in the greater Charlotte area to bring Lakewood's vision to life!In order to support Lakewood and the young men within this community over the next 9 months, I’ve committed to raising $20K for the Lakewood Neighborhood Alliance.100% of the funds I raise will go directly into the hands of this community to help with the development of the top priorities of LNA which are: youth programming, safety, and community engagement. Teaching: Business Computer Technology, Exploring Business Technology, Exploring Career Decisions, and Keyboarding to 200 students each semester using the North Carolina Standard Course of Study. Provided hands-on instruction in basic computer hardware components and software applications. Assisted students in extending and reinforcing touch keying skills while providing experience for learning word processing, database, spreadsheet, graphics, multimedia, and telecommunications applications.  Explored the nature of business in an international economy and study related careers in fields such as entrepreneurship, financial services, information technology, marketing, office systems technology.
