My roles include:• Leading our team's efforts in sourcing, identifying and analyzing the strength of investment opportunities• Facilitating our due diligence process• Managing the iiM portfolio of 15+ companies• Developing and executing our strategic vision• Leading fundraising and investor relations efforts • Representing iiM in strategic relationships with universities, business accelerators, angel groups, venture capital firms and other key stakeholders

Cohen-Esrey Capital Partners, LLC (CECP), a Cohen-Esrey company, manages the syndication of capital for a variety of projects including apartment acquisitions and start-up investments. My roles include:• Cultivating relationships with potential and existing equity sources • Matching acquisition targets with the investment parameters of external equity funds • Managing the process of closing financings with equity providers

• Sourcing, identifying and analyzing the strength of investment opportunities • Providing industry-specific research related to competitive landscape and market trends of startups seeking funding• Facilitating the due diligence process
