Moreover, my job is to maintain day-to-day reports and metrics, process payments, sell lesson packages, and prepare materials for various teaching programmes.

Outward Bound Croatia provides expedition-based outdoor courses for young people. The goal is to teach them important life skills such as self-awareness, perseverance, empathy, leadership and teamwork.As an outdoor instructor, my job was to guide groups of young people through the wilderness experience. Prior to the start of the expedition, it is the instructor's responsibility to create a curriculum of educational activities suitable for the location of the expedition. The aim of these activities is for the participants to learn these important life skills.My other responsibilities were implementing the curriculum in an outdoor setting. At all times, there was a need to be conscious of changing weather conditions, group dynamics and individual readiness to continue while maintaining the safety of everybody involved.
