December 2015 onwards with M/s Degania Medical Devices : Branch of Q Medical Company-American MNC (FDA approved Medical Device manufacturer) at Manesar Gurgaon-as Sr. Manager Supply Chain- INDIA plants -Upgrading purchase, warehouse and logistics of Indian plants with Bench marks and establishing new cost control projects. Material purchased is silicone, various types of plastics ,metals, packaging, adhesives, services of Fabrication and other Job works. Accountable for all SCM activities, Planning, International purchasing , warehousing, retailing and logistics of all items for both Indian plants, for Production/ Maintenance and other services as per group specified norms. Also responsible for vendor assessment, securing supplies and alternate sourcing. Now I am ordering 100% of all Imports from India . Saved Taxes and freight cost by Rs 81 lacs in one year by direct ordering. Yearly spent 158 crores. Developed three sources for each Item within one year , Earlier was a single source. Also looking after NPP purchase-reduced costing by 10.3 % against target of 10%.

Achievements • Developed Alternative imported sources for local raw materials which helped in cost saving by 9.5%.• Saved approx 0.9 crore Rs. in Negotiations with suppliers.• Improved material availability by 7.5 % by scheduling parts with suppliers
