Responsible for creating documentation for Quadra®, an insurance exposure asset management and cost allocation system, which includes developing all instructions and video transcripts explaining features. Also responsible for recording tutorials (incorporating voiceovers and graphics), contributing news articles to the website, creating presentations, and editing proposals. Facilitates documentation updates in response to software releases and compiles product info to support sales efforts. Quadra features requiring documentation include: insurance cost allocations, exposure asset management (vehicles, property/structures, items, payroll, drivers, equipment and other exposures), accounts receivable, insurance certificates, reporting, and risk management. Also creates documentation for other administrative functions including client settings, security, preferences, user-defined fields, and data imports.

Oversee sales transactions, inventory, shipping logistics, customer service, trade show participation, and website content; Manage online retail establishment specializing in decorative prints and original artworks.

Contract position -- Conducted marketing research studies to support future program development, new member recruitment efforts, and communications. Primarily examined event attendance and communication tactics promoting HBA activities. Prepared reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Contract position -- Performed competitive research to assist the marketing communications division in establishing points of differentiation for new products. Competitive analyses were prepared in collaboration with the Go to Market planning team and consisted of a top view summary of key selling points as well as details on pricing, features, and usability issues for competing products.

Promoted the Learning Group's numerous programs that serve publishers of preK-12 educational materials. Responsibilities included strategy development, market research, branding, and campaign execution to support member recruitment efforts and special events.

Developed content for new website promoting the Quadra software system for insurance asset management (launched in 2012); Contributed articles to monthly newsletter highlighting company activities, software releases, and resources.

Led the direct marketing efforts promoting 15-20 scientific conferences each year; AACR's conferences present the latest advances in cancer research including diagnostics, molecular therapeutics, immunology, cancer prevention, personalized medicine, and more. Also directed marketing research projects to assess customer feedback, competing services, and year-to-year event participation.
