Associate Director, Demand Generation
CurrentAs Associate Director of Demand Generation at Cryoport Systems, I lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of demand generation initiatives across our biopharmaceutical, animal health, and reproductive medicine markets. Responsible for all aspects of lead management and digital marketing, I drive inbound and outbound programs, account-based strategies, and multi-channel campaigns that capture, nurture, and convert leads across our target segments. Leveraging Salesforce and Pardot for CRM management and automation, I focus on refining processes, increasing pipeline growth, and maximizing ROI.In addition to overseeing campaign performance, I’m responsible for building and managing a skilled demand generation team, supporting roles across lead management, digital marketing, and program execution. Through strategic hiring, mentorship, and collaboration, I ensure our team is well-equipped to drive high-impact results. I work closely with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with corporate objectives and deliver effective, data-driven strategies that support company growth and commitment to advancing life sciences.
