Responsibilities include diligent evaluation of both new and existing clients to investigate any relevant negative media exposure, inclusion on sanction lists and PEP involvement. My primary focus lies on corporate clients characterized by a higher degree of risk. Additionally, I contribute to the development of MI dashboards, which are utilized during daily stand-up meetings.

In my role I proactively mitigated the risk of fraudulent activities by conducting in-depth assessments using various systems to identify any potential suspicious transactions or other banking-related actions. In addition, I implemented preventive measures and provided guidance to victims of fraud.

My duties included, among other things, investigating and combating online fraud, handling police requests, and customer contact.

My tasks included handling account blocks and determining whether they may be released, as well as providing customer service.

Responsible for placing interns at companies worldwide and providing customer service. Also involved in content marketing and wrote my Bachelor's thesis here which included a marketing communications plan.
