In my role, I work very heavily in Social Media to find candidates and recruiters to use our service. Once found, I work with new recruiters to help them to get started offering contract staffing to their direct hire business. I walk them through the process, help them onboard candidates and show them how easy it is to add contract staffing to their current business model. This enables them to become a single source solution for hiring needs, and smooths out the peaks and valleys of direct hire income. Our HR (Human Resource) department is heavily involved in the process as we become the employer of record.

Working with recruiters and their clients to place contractors on contract staffing assignments. We offer a full service back office so I dealt with contract negotiations, new hire Human Resource (HR) paperwork, licensing compliance, Human Resource (HR) training and development.

Processing new hire paperwork, and benefit enrollment for contract staffing positions. This required a large amount of CRM work.
