Participation in projects implementation in a dedicated FMCG and ERP class software, in particular:- Pre-implementation and implementation analysis- Preparation of implementation documentation.- Technical and consultative support during project duration.- Direct or remote user support during and after project implementation.- Ongoing software support and training.- Co-operation with developers.

Remote customer support, in particular: - Receiving phone calls and e-mails from customers. - Tickets registration in the IT system. - Analysis, diagnosis and solving incidents and if needed transferring to other departments within the company. - Responsibility for customer relations. - Phone duty. - Creating and updating of technical documentation.
