About Lucas Kuczera

I wrote first computer program when I was 8 and founded first company when I was 16. Since then I'm looking for opportunities to improve world around me. I'm peoples person and I love to lead and inspire. I couldn't find a "company that I always wanted to work for" so I decided to create my own workplace where I can share my passion with likeminded individuals. I have been wearing different hats throughout my career and founded several projects and companies. I worked as a System Administrator, Software Engineer and Architect I held a role of VP of Engineering and CEO. I founded ISP company, gamification startup, Venture Fund, Gamedev studio and specialised software development company.

I was a part of big R&D project led by Atos Origin that consisted of multinational group of scientists and professionals. We've been developing a knowledge based system that was able to support doctors in diagnose and treatment of patients. During my work I've applied up a set of design patterns that allowed to reduce tremendous amount of boilerplate code required to interact with knowledge base developed as part of academic research. This allowed to significantly reduce maintenance cost, number of bugs and time to be production ready.
