Supports the operation of trainer certification programs by assisting with training-of-trainers and faculty office hours. Maintains and generates discussion in online trainer-exclusive forums. Monitors and reports on learner progress, course evaluations, and certification outcomes. Coordinates with the point of contact for contracted trainings about registration, troubleshooting, and participant status. Recommend program enhancements on Elevate (LMS platform). Maintains database on trainings delivered, evaluations, and learner profiles.Assists with providing CEs/CEUs and the accreditation process.
