Reinsurance Broker / TechnicianClient responsibility for Nordic companies;Day-to-day communication with Management and Key Departments of Clients (Insurance companies) and Vendors (Reinsurers);Participation in negotiations, preparation and renewals of business contracts through international and world leading market players;Contract Administration - Ensure that contracts are compliant and updated at any time in accordance with the Client requirements and applicable laws and regulations;Issuing of amendments and addenda to the contracts; obtaining of their approval by the agreement parties;Application of contracts to business system, preparation and quality assurance of settlements, statistics, distribution to all involved parties, follow-up of settlement according to deadlines;Claims management - preparation and sending of claims reports, registration in business system, follow-up of claims settlements;Maintenance of correspondence and contractual documentation in the internal archive systemDeputy Account Manager in 2010 (one year)Daily accounting; Bank Remittance; Monitoring of cash flow / settlements between clients and vendors;Bank reconciliation inclusive currency conversion; Payroll, payroll reconciliation, reporting to Altinn, signing inn/out of employees in company’s insurance schemes; Month-end reports, reconciliation of clients’ and vendors’ ledger and all balance sheets;Control and settlements of employee refunds, travel and other expenses;Follow-up leaves and other absence;Assistance to auditor in the annual accounts and tax returns

Responsibility for switchboard, communication with and assistance to clients, car registration, car rental, assistance to sales department with various marketing activities, invoicing, follow-up of payments, communication with insurance companies in case of claims, maintenance of clients and car register, other administrative tasks

Administrative assistance to Management, handling of incoming correspondence, preparation and quality assurance of contractual documentation.
