Executive Secretary. Provides primary administrative support to the Senior Vice Provost for Academic Affairs. Review Business Card Reconciliations for accuracy. Schedule meetings and take minutes for the Academic Planning Council and ensure programs are moved forward in the Online Curriculum System. Assist callers or visitors with questions they may have or direct them to the appropriate office. Co-supervisor assigned student assistants.

Served as the Senior Administrative Assistant to the Commanding Officer and Executive Officer and as Division Officer for the Administrative Department. Coordinated and prioritized daily activities for the department and assigned staff. Maintained inventory and control of classified documents. Ensured the accurate processing of documents affecting pay and personnel matters for all command personnel. Advised the Commanding Officer on legal issues. Served as mentor for junior female sailors. Counseled enlisted sailors on career and educational opportunities available to them.
