Supported 2,000+ Business Intelligence (BI) end users across multiple campuses.§ Developed an emergency response system to alert 30,000+ on-campus students, faculty, and employees via emails, text messages, and calls.§ Implemented 20+ applications including enterprise directory/LDAP, online payment processor, job applicant tracking system, document management system, Google search appliance, and Google analytics. § Built and maintained a student self-service portal serving 20,000+ students using Tomcat and Apache. § Coded a cookie handling module that was adopted by the Apache open source community.
