- Fully manage the recruitment cycle of all Vietnamese positions from Teaching/Academic to Non-teaching vacancies (Sales, CS, MKT, Operation, M-Level, C-Level,...) with roughly 3-400 headcounts per year- Well collaborate with Heads of Department to work on recruitment issue and foresee the replacement (if any)- Plan & Control yearly recruitment budget- Train & Coach team members, give necessary support to meet the targets - Liaise with Marketing Department to plan and activate Employer Branding of the company through social media activities
