- Providing 1st line support; answering support queries via e-mail, chat, logging all emails, calls and chat on the Ticketing System; resolving all issues & escalating complex inquiries to the relevant system administrator and ITS support.- Repairing and Installation of computers, peripherals, network equipment and software in order to achieve a productive and functional operating work environment.- Providing onsite technical support to clients. - Preparing documents of service requests & maintaining a high level degree of customer service to ensure total customer satisfaction. - Performing administrative tasks assigned from time to time.- Checking of inventories and the supplies of equipment's for each department.- Troubleshoot hardware issues - computers which are not in use or noted being defective. - Accompanying and assisting team deployment for end user request at different Cebu Pacific Air branches.- Installation of software and applications needed by the end user.- Provide update for employee database.- Checking errors and installation of operating system specially for windows platform- Provide general administrative assistance to the team, such as documentation of asset inventories & delivery.- Desktop Support - Configuration, monitoring, Reformatting, maintenance, updating software, hardware and desktop applications.- Remote transferring important & confidential files to International hubs of Cebu Pacific Air’s ISD department. (FTP) - Network troubleshooting. - Responsible for processing of survey forms.- Provide general administrative assistance to the team, such as documentation of applications & programs.- Checking files from a computer to one another using the active directories.-• Manipulating files (copying and deleting files) from a computer to one another.
