I'm highly motivated, forward-looking and inspiring development manager, ICT enthusiast & systems architect. I like to solve real-world problems whether it's about architecture and/or converting user needs into a technical concept and further into specification of a SW system and leading & steering its creation. 15+ years of project management experience in various roles (project manager, steering group member, responsible technical lead), ~9 years as a line manager, 6 years (and counting) as a matrix team lead. ICT architecture / system level planning has been in significant role for 10+ years, and most of the time in responsible roles. My focus areas in tech: systems architecture, IP and web based services, radio & data communication technology, information security (technical), Linux-based solutions in server and embedded environments. I have also experience in ISO9001 and ISO27001 QMS implementation.In addition to family and outdoor activities, I breath tech on my spare time, too. And not just by consuming tech blogs, news etc: I'm licensed radio amateur, hobbyist coder and electronics DIY experimenter and keen in playing with different technologies, typically where HW and SW meet, or on areas where writing some code feels especially fascinating.
