I am a seasoned agent of change with a demonstrated track record of transforming global organizations to create cultures of inclusion & innovation via persuasion, influence, and education at the executive level.As Advisor of Diversity, Equity & Belonging at Included.ai (a startup backed by Flying Fish Partners, Alumni Ventures, SignalFire, and Trilogy Equity Partners), I collaborate with product engineers to ensure the flagship product (a DEI-focused platform powered by artificial intelligence) is in line with current practices and the requirements of potential clients.
