After 10 years of working within an agency serving a myriad of different clients and industries, I am excited to take what I have learned and dedicate my time to serving a single brand. As Communications Manager, I work with teams throughout Homecare Homebase to maintain messaging consistency, as well as execute and improve on our external and internal communication tasks.

Working closely with clients on managing their marketing efforts revealed my passion is in strategy creation. Frozen Fire has helped me become the master of my own fate in establishing the role of Strategy Development Manager. I love talking with potential and current clients about their goals and using that information to create a strategy that they can get excited about. We aren’t a boxed marketing solution, our strategies are built with the client’s needs in mind, which honestly makes them more fun to create. I work with potential clients to explain how Frozen Fire’s services may fit their needs. I guide the onboarding process and initial strategy development for new clients and assist with strategy creation and communication for current clients.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

After graduating from SMU I went to work as an Associate Producer at Frozen Fire, a digital business development and video production company based in downtown Dallas. After three years with the company, I was promoted to Producer and led the video production team for a wide variety of projects, including: radio and television commercials as well as corporate marketing and training videos. I also stayed heavily involved in administrative duties, client service and our internship program. After four years with Frozen Fire, I began my transition into the digital marketing side of the company, creating website and social media content and managing web page design, e-mail marketing and print projects. I currently create strategic marketing plans, advise, manage and execute the needs of digital marketing clients.

I lead the video production side of Frozen Fire and conduct project management from Pre-Production to Post Production. In addition, I am also involved in administrative duties, business writing, client service, and intern program management.
