I have developed my career always around software development, which has always been my passion. I have played a wide range of roles in the development services industry, as software engineer, software architect, project manager, technical manager, resource manager, trainer or even training manager. I even co-founded Raona in 2003 where later I quit.In 2007 I co-founded Aqaia (previously Tecdencies), where I currently work, as I believed that there was a better way to provide development services through engineering principles.My current mission is to make real Aqaia's motto: "Software Rocks", both by ensuring the quality of the projects we make and also by spreading my passion for software both at Aqaia and everywhere!
