Global Talent Assessment Manager responsibilities at General Motors. I currently oversee all of GMs Individual Assessment activities of our 70,000 global salaried employees. Assessments include Global Executive Assessment, Leadership Potential, Manager Interest and our 180 and 360 feedback surveys. I am also involved with a variety of Global Talent Management programs including performance management. Additionally, I am a member of the GM Global Women's Council Exchange. Daily responsibilities include the oversight and improvements of global systems, communication and training to our leaders and employees, business contracts, and presentations on a variety of topics - assessment, performance management, generations in the workplace, women's leadership, talent war (now and in the near future) organizational culture, and professional development.

Primary responsibilites included working with client organizations in the area of pre-hire selectiona and organizational development. In addition, during this time, I also assisted with the development and validation of 2 psychological instruments.

Assisted with DMC research. Primary responsibilties included management of the database, analysis of data and write-up of results.
