Graphic Design:- Including but not limited to:• Responsible for the creation of all internal artwork for Siren-PHD andassociated companies• Ad Hoc mock-up and design work for external customers.Graphic Pre-press:- Including but not limited to:• Responsible for artwork finishing from customer supplied PDF’s• Checking supplied PDF’s and advising clients if reworking maynecessary• Pre-flighting and correcting using Pitstop Pro 10• Planning and Imposing artwork for output• Sending artwork to Indigo Presses.Customer Relations:- Including but not limited to:• Responsible for ensuring that a customer relationship is maintainedthrough clear and personal communication with our clients.• Ensuring that customers are kept up to date on project progress• Ensuring that suppliers are meeting set deadlines• Continuing to ensure the satisfaction of our clients through clear,informative and traceable communication. Primarily via email.Estimating:- Including but not limited to:• Creating estimates for customers using Siren-Net quoting system• Ensure pricing for siren net is up to date and to ensure consistentlycompetitive pricing.• Test new software for bugs and usability and report errors to externalIT.

Digital Coordinator:- As the Digital Coordinator for TMA Group,my responsibilities were varied and included but were not limitedto:• Management of on-site laser and thermal printers• Management of LIS 1865 variable imaging printer, This was the onlyone of its kind in Australia and required that parts be ordered fromthe U.S.• Technical maintenance for LIS 1865• Installing and setting up RFID encoding thermal printer for airlinebag tags.• General I.T. for Prepress departmentGraphic Designer:- As the resident Graphic Designer for TMA Group,my responsibilities were varied. They included but were not limitedto:• Design and creation of the TMA Group website• Liaising with internal and external clients• Designing marketing for internal and external clients.• Designing visual assets for tender applications including FolderCovers, Diagrams, CD Covers and Labels.• Designing corporate stationary including Letterheads, BusinessCards, With Compliments Slips etc.• Photography as required
