- Analyze, troubleshoot, document, and resolve up to 15 tickets per day pertaining to Windows 10 OS, providing a simple, fundamental explanation to end users
- Connect over 10 end users daily to workstations by providing IP address to Remote Desktop Connection requests, shortening downtime and increasing productivity
- Supervise, maintain, and remove security privileges for users on Active Directory under numerous organization domains, protecting company resources
- Access company resources utilizing Microsoft MFA, ensuring secure login when providing support to end users, resulting in overall positive feedbacks
- Collaborate with members from Operations, Software Development, and Administration team daily in standup meetings to report tasks at hand, based on priority level, maintaining a level of accountability on Microsoft.
