• Analyze, troubleshoot, document, and resolve up to 15 tickets per day pertaining to Windows 10 OS, providing a simple, fundamental explanation to end users• Connect over 10 end users daily to workstations by providing IP address to Remote Desktop Connection requests, shortening downtime and increasing productivity• Supervise, maintain, and remove security privileges for users on Active Directory under numerous organization domains, protecting company resources• Access company resources utilizing Microsoft MFA, ensuring secure login when providing support to end users, resulting in overall positive feedbacks• Collaborate with members from Operations, Software Development, and Administration team daily in standup meetings to report tasks at hand, based on priority level, maintaining a level of accountability on Microsoft Teams to project manager or coordinator
