Responsible for the management an coordination of the company’s human resources policies and programs with 2,000 US based employees. Participated and led domestic and international projects for M&A activities. Coordinated the leadership development activities for the US operations. Managed all of the HR business compliance efforts for the US operations as related to Sarbanes Oxley and internal and external audit.

Provided HR and business leadership to a stand-alone operation that supplied board design and bridge manufacturing capabilities to a wide range of customers. The business had operations with revenues of $100M and 800 employees.
