Defining Product Strategy. Working along with stakeholders across the organization (Engineering, Sales, Product, etc.) I’m defining and optimizing our roadmap. Requirements Gathering. I’m involved in market research with our sales team to understand complex client/market needs, and I work to distill them into discrete, accurate, and actionable product requirements. Supporting Implementation. In concert with our engineering team, I work to balance speed vs. featureset trade-offs real-time, and ultimately ensure our final products satisfy external and internal requirements. Driving Product Activation. I help to architect go-to-market strategy and product rollouts across the internal sales, marketing, account, and operations teams. Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices. I’m helping the development team to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction. I'm removing impediments and coaching the scrum team on removing impediments. I help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework. Resolving conflicts and issues that occur. Helping the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.

Collaboration with customer in following terms:* Defining a reasonable scope of the MVP.* Discussing and adjusting the product expectations with customer with respect to stakeholders,customer’s clients needs and other business requirements.* Synchronizing the Product Backlog items with defined product expectations.Collaboration with the development team:* Optimizing the value of the performed work.* Conducting daily meetings to get hands-on updates on the project and to address potentialimpediments.* Organizing and conducting scrum events (daily meeting, retrospectives, grooming, sprint review,sprint planning)
