Throughout my time at Quicken I was a project coordinator and manager for all Human Resources marketing materials. I developed, updated and maintained their orientation materials. These included 3 different books. Each book was updated monthly with new content, designs and printing techniques. I worked directly with Senior Management on a weekly basis and work daily with vendors, printers, team members and any design agency’s. Most recently worked directly on the email marketing team managing email programming and design. I designed and built our bi-monthly emails that went out to closed clients and prospects. Specifically working with Responsys, our email provider I learned html programming and how to manipulate our template to include dynamic content sections. I also designed and worked on banker marketing initiatives such as flyers, cards, emails and mailers. I designed, printed and managed the entire program.
