He worked for IBM in San Francisco and their corporate headquarters in New York where he served over six years as Corporate Counsel and played a role in their business operations. Lloyd's business and corporate experience has included the organization and management of legal entities, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, various real estate transactions, and secured transactions. Lloyd has extensive experience in business, legal and real estate areas. Lloyd has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Utah, and a Law Degreefrom Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. Lloyd is a licensedattorney and active in the Utah State Bar real estate law and business law sections. He taughtBusiness and International Law as an adjunct instructor at the University of Utah for almost tenyears.
