I always believe that amazing projects are created by a collaboration of specialists with hybrid skills having a common interest for innovation and sustainability. I think of myself as a person with a combination of many different skills and passions. In an early age my passion was lit by my family’s trade in architecture, design, construction, and manufacturing. While other children were playing with Lego’s, my playground was the construction site. I was widely exposed to my father’s work as an Architect where I grew up helping him draft plans and purchase construction materials. After graduation, I was fortunately blessed to professionally practice in companies that pique my interest, particularly in shaping human behavior and movement. Working for Palafox, I spearheaded the Pasig River Rehabilitation Master Plan, which elevated a neglected historic river a class higher than it was before. From master planning and urban design in Asia, I shifted my practice to school and office designs and luxury homes in North America. A few of my projects included an anti-gang police station as well as a medical center in Prince George, BC. I am now currently employed as a Water Park Master Planner specializing in designing flow-houses and play-structures. A few of my achievements are water park designs in China, Malaysia, Qatar and Dubai as well as a local community water park in Aldergrove, BC. The experience of designing water parks allowed me to meet clients and conduct design workshops with them. Although my main interest is in sustainable Master Planning and Urban Design, I found that I also enjoy doing water parks and play-structures. Other than being able to help form and shape creativity in children, I found that it also caters to my own playfulness and child-like personality. I am a highly adaptable person and a team-player who can work with deadlines. My versatile experience has taught me the value of multitasking and helped me develop an attention to detail. I also think that my previous work experience in different countries is an asset.
