As an A&R Consultant/Scout at Warner Music Canada, I gained a strong understanding of how to identify and build relationships with unsigned Canadian artists. I was involved in the implementation of the Canadian artist acquisition strategy, utilizing A&R data tools, websites and streaming service data to evaluate unsigned talent and forecast their prospects of commercial and artistic development in music.

Adidem Asterisks is a growing Toronto-based label with the mission of refining the relationship between music and clothing. This is primarily achieved through our retail experiences, campaigns and ready-to-wear products.I have helped contribute to this growth in various roles but most recently as Marketing Campaign Manager. My work starts by conducting a SWOT analysis to identify growth opportunities in the market while keeping abreast of the latest developments in the consumer goods industry to identify risks and create management plans to avoid, transfer or mitigate them. I then use these insights to inform our campaign strategy by collaborating with our creatives to create content that is engaging and current.Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders,and ensuring technical feasibility. Manage the relationship with the client and allstakeholders. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time,within the scope, and within budget. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
