Responsible for all operating and statutory aspects of HP’s operations in Canada. Led HP Canada’s leadership team serving Enterprise, Public Sector, Small Medium Business Customers and Consumers across Canada. HP Canada revenues exceeded $3.0 Billion during fiscal year 2014 (fy’14) and full-time workforce was 4,500 people. HP Canada was consistently recognized as one of the best performing subsidiaries globally. Accomplishments included driving a cross functional multiyear strategic planning process leveraging Roger Martin’s (Rothman School of Management) Playing-to-Win methodology, consistently outperforming the market, and successfully separating HP Canada into two completely independent operations. In May 2015 Lloyd was named Managing Director for the HP Inc. start up in Canada. In this role Lloyd and his team successfully led all of HP's spin off and separation activities for the Canadian subsidiary.

Toronto, Canada Area

Responsible for all aspects of HP Canada's Imaging and Printing Business. Responsibilities included sales, marketing, product management, customer support, supply chain and operations. My mandate coming into this role was to gain market share while maintaining profitability above the region average. IPG Canada delivered on or exceeded our financial and market share commitments for 23 consecutive quarters.

Responsible for designing and launching HP Canada's newly formed Enterprise Organization. In this role I had overall responsibility for all aspects of HP's Enterprise Business and Go to Market across the broadest portfolio of products and services in the marketplace. Consistently delivered over budget performance for revenue, margin, operating profit, marketshare and employee and customer satisfaction.

Toronto, Canada Area

Responsible for leading the integration of HP and COMPAQ's PC Business operations in Canada. Launched PSG Canada and managed the business back to profitability in under 6 quarters. This was a $20M bottom line turnaround. This was accomplished through a relentless focus on margin improvement and cost management, while maintaining the #1 market share position for PC’s in the Canadian marketplace.
