As an ERS (Emergency Roadside) Agent at CAA South Central Ontario, I was responsible for receiving inbound calls from clients and dispatching service providers. I dealt with high call volumes from members and nonmembers with general Membership inquiries, members and nonmembers in need of a new or renewed CAA membership and members in need of roadside assistance. I was required to handle the calls in a timely manner while dealing with the clients in a friendly, appeasing tone.

As a Brand Agent at Skybridge Americas, I was responsible for receiving inbound calls from clients and dispatching service providers. I dealt with high call volumes from clients in need of roadside assistance. I was also responsible for answering various member service inquiries.
