Over the passed year I have been part of a team that has completed a number of South Lanarkshire Council jobs including nurseries, community centres and a bakery. I have also been playing involved with an extension to Kelvinside Academy and the refurbishment of David Livingston birth place. All of the above projects have had their own challenges but all have been delivered to a high standard to the set program dates.

Currently coordinating the installation of plant room, hot and cold water services, tank room,AHUs positioned on roof and 5” gas main.

Kelvinhaugh Street Student Accommodation

Mechanical Foreman on 700 bedroom student accommodation in charge of up to 50 men. Provided material requisitions, take offs and work sheets to the engineers while managing HVAC sub-contractors.

Pewters Pot Student Accommodation

Involved in planning and material requisition. Coordinated sub contractors and day to day running of the job which involved primary heating circuits to underfloor, water services and drainage installation.

West Village Student Accommodation

Part of a team which delivered an 800 bed student accommodation in less than a year. Involved in plant room installation, heating and water services, dry riser and working closely with sub contractors

Mechanical chargehand working closely with the site project team while undertaking hands on HVAC installations within the new First Bus Depot in Glasgow
