As senior project manager with the energy solutions group at Dewberry, Lloyd has more than 40 years of experience in the industry. He has designed an ASHRAE-based commissioning system that included more than 3-million square feet of LEED commissioning, rainwater harvesting, solar water heating, geothermal heat pumps, daylighting, photovoltaic systems and "off the grid" design. Before coming to Dewberry, Lloyd was Principal and Vice President of an engineering firm where he managed business operations, commissioning, energy analysis, and LEED consulting. He has experience designing automation systems, management programs for LEED design and construction teams, and has also worked as an automation and mechanical contractor. He brings a unique blend of technical expertise, construction knowledge, project management and people skills to every project.Lloyd is interested in discussing energy solutions opportunities with building owners and client account managers from both the private and public markets.
