In 2018, I was invited to apply for a new role as Director in the relationship team covering alternative investment funds. The team was in need of cultural and procedural enhancements and I was critical in driving these changes through over the next 18months in my role as mentor and guide to the less experienced team members.Key Accomplishments:Using my deep expertise in Private Credit and sustainable investments in addition to diverse alternative asset classes, including open-ended ("Hedge Funds") and private market structures as combined with my knowledge of various fund domiciles and structures, including CI, Ireland, Cayman, Lux, UK, and NURS / QIF / QIAIF / RAIF / SCSp / SICAV / LP, as well as back-office products, such as Fund Admin, Depo, and investor servicing, as well as custody services, I:- drove revenue growth and strengthened client partnerships by leading multiple cross-selling initiatives across regional and functional business lines.- enhanced client offerings and provided strategic insights by leveraging Markets and balance sheet products, including FX / FXPB, Sec Financing, Segregation, and Repo.- mitigated business at risk by designing, implementing & delivering structured improvement plans for two strategic relationships, transforming them into referenceable accounts.As a result of my success at the targets I was set in 2018 I was promoted to Director in 2020 on the back of my outstanding success and exceeeding expectations.

As a Senior Relationship Manager, I managed coverage of UK and offshore investment managers with a specific emphasis on middle office transactions, including the outsourcing arrangement (incl TUPE transfer) with a FTSE 100 Firm's financial services division. The relationships required expertise in a wide range of fund domiciles and structures, such as Jersey, Ireland, Lux, UK, and fund types including TTF, ICVC, OEIC, NURS, QIS, AUT, EUT, and SICAV.Notable Accomplishments:I took the lead in owning the timely and budget-meeting onboarding of 3 new middle office relationships.I retained a referenceable nstrategic relationship by simultaneously re-negotiating services agreements mid-life, overseeing the appointment of a third-party ACD into the contracting framework and at the same time maintaining margins while agreeing a reprice.I enhanced operational efficiency and technological capabilities by successfully leading mid-life technology restacks for two distinct client relationships.By actively participating in conferences and leadership events, I kept updated on the latest industry trends and best practices. I also dedicated time to contributing to community service and social responsibility initiatives by volunteering at Whitechapel Mission. I promoted knowledge sharing by actively engaging in both formal and informal mentoring and coaching relationships, including participation in A-Level events at my alma mater.
