The Court established the Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules and Policy to assist the Court in exercising its powers and performing its duties under the statute.Through Mediation Training Academy, Lloyd’s students have come from Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nigeria, New York, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, The Bahamas and the United States Virgin Islands. Additionally, Lloyd worked internationally with other mediators from Canada, Italy and the United States to train Italian mediators in mediation simulations.
