Yara Pilbara is a Major Hazard Facility on the Burrup peninsular and as a Advanced Technician I was responsible to daily maintenance, fault find, troubleshoot and repairs of all Electrical and instrumentation equipment across site in a safe and reliable manner, these hazards included working safely on E&I equipment in the following hazardous environments with chemicals Chlorine, Caustic Soda, Sulfuric Acid, AMDEA, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Natural gas (CH4), Superheated steam, Ammonia, and LPG. I also managed work groups for planned Turnarounds to complete set plans on time and with all related calibration ,EEHA inspection and failure reports completed. I was responsible for: LV and HV isolationsGeneral online Maintenance and shift technician PM compliance Mitsubishi, Siemens and Elliot Ebara steam Turbines. ABB 20MW generators and synchronising. Condition monitoring instrumentation including Bentley Nevada vibration systems , Yokogawa DCS HMI (Centum CS 3000) and ESD (prosafe RS). Calibrate Level, Flow and Pressure instrumentation, Overhaul, maintain, Configure control valves (pneumatic and Electrical Rotork, Auma, Fisher, Masoneilan SVI II). Maintain Gas analysers and Detectors (Yokogawa Gas Chromatograph, Thermofisher Mass spectrometers, Yokogawa IR 400 NO2,SO2 ,Co, CO2,O2 and combustibles) .Record all EEHA installation, Maintain and inspections into the CMMSTurn Around Supervisor
