Developed a firm understanding of drilling process focused on optimising rate of penetration (ROP) and mitigate vibrations. Also, gained extensive knowledge of drilling vibration types such as Stick-Slip, Chaotic whirl, and also the root causes and mitigation techniques. Produced excellent written and graphical communication and compiled the analysis findings into easy to read roadmaps for use at the rig. Performed Dull Reports/ Dull Grading by investigating unusual or unsatisfactory drill bits and reamers performance to determine root cause and preventative action. This approach boosted sales and easily surpass the 70 per cent margin target and successfully led to discovery of superior products backed by client and guaranteed for upcoming Wells, particularly for those used in exploration Wells associated with Pre-Salt drilling.
