Founded by Lloyd H B Grosklags, Domaine is the culmination of a decade of real estate investment and development experience. Prior to founding Domaine, Lloyd headed asset management and acquisitions for a number of family offices and PE funds, with a primary focus on heavy value-add multi-family acquisitions and redevelopments, ultimately providing safe and affordable housing to those most in need. He holds a BS in Urban Studies from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and an MS Real Estate & Infrastructure from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Lloyd also teaches in the Georgetown University MS Real Estate Development program.
