Je travaille en tant que technicien support pour la clientèle international de Promotal SAS (société basée à Ernée en Mayenne). Ma mission première est de fournir une assistance technique aux clients, de résoudre les problèmes qui peuvent survenir sur des appareils médicaux installés chez nos clients. En tant que technicien SAV itinérant, je me déplace régulièrement pour les dépannages. Je suis ainsi amené à gérer la relation client au quotidien, en faisant preuve de qualités d’écoute pour apaiser les situations tendues et en travaillant avec les clients et nos équipes en interne pour trouver des solutions techniques positives.

• Responsible for the business and technical support for customers and commercial representatives of the export sales department • Managing business development to discover where improvements can be made within customer service • Ensuring the products comply with the project specifications of the customer orders• Main customer contact for the different departments, which included translating technical documents and commercial support documents either for the customer or for the EMO website • Managing and creating datasheets and training documents• Negotiation of prices when purchasing items to remain competitive • Give guided tours to customers of the factory sites. I also setup third party inspections with Veritas, SGS, etc. and conclude the products with them rectifying any problems as a priority to optimize performance with the customer lead-time and service

Due to a French recession and unemployment I moved back to the UK. Shortly afterward, I took the sales and customer support role at VG due to export knowledge and fluent French business technical language. • Invoicing, quoting, receiving inbound and treating outbound calls (English and French) particularly with our partner K.J Lesker. • Liaised with the research and design team, and production team to ensure customer needs and expectations were met• Contributed to and assisted with development of the Asian market during a very complicated ERP system change

• Responsible for bilingual (French and English) international technical and commercial support to the whole of Europe, Scandinavia, Australia , New Zealand, Asia, Arab Emirates, Russia, and Midmark USA• Specialist product advice and technical solutions• Fluent French; translation of documents, French and English speaking customer enquiries, the creation of French/English and English/French Technical Manuals• Creation of systems to fast track customer orders which the company formulated into ISO standard documents in relation to Warranty processing and Export Logistics. These standards carry my initials within the company• Carried out International visits in relation to product modifications, technician training, and discussing procedures to improve international customer service strategies• Stock control for parts, and parts lists for Promotal/Midmark medical products
