Started in flooring in 1974, started at the bottom and have worked my way up the ladder and down the ladder.Sales is the hardest part of my career, started as a carpet cutter, measure man, deliverys and in 1979 I started in sales.I moved to Buddy's in 1985 as a part time salesperson and in 6 months I made manager. I spent 10 years as a manager in different locations, then was given a promotion to Regional Manager for the 13 stores in Cincinnati and Dayton. I held that postion for 10 years until a new President was hired, I had a different idea of customer service and dealing with employee's. After 6 month's I left a job and people that I loved to start over in sales at a different company. Now I'm the manager at Big Bob's and have a nice and peaceful job and all I have to do is sell and take care of 5 employee's, we have a great team and with the help of our corporate office we have one of the best store's in Cincinnati!Specialties: Carpet, area rugs, vinyl, laminate, ceramic and hardwood.
