The shift in focus to a gold explorer after the successful merger of Redcliffe Resources saw a focus shift from Community Engagement to hands on Exploration. I maintain NTM's linkage with the Northern Territory and the Manganese Assets sold to Yukida Resources Pty Ltd as a consultant.

Northern Manganese (NTM) is a Manganese Explorer based in Townsville, Queensland. The company has applied for 27 applications covering Islands, coastal and offshore waters in the Gulf of Carpentaria west, north and south of Groote Eylandt. NTM in August 2015 acquired a 51% interest along with Management of a Gold Project in Western Australia. With the NT Moratorium in place the company exploration focus has shifted to Gold.

Manage Community engagement and the reaching of agreements with traditional owners in areas the company had exploration title.

Community and Stakeholder Relations Staff of eight responsible for the delivery of the spirit and intent of the agreement to the four Native Title Groups and Indigenous people of the Lower Gulf and broader Stakeholder engagement in the Region.
