In 2020, on behalf of Yoo Capital Fund II, the firm's current discretionary commingled special opportunities fund, the firm completed the acquisition of the controlling 75.5% stake in Shepherds Bush Market in West London, with U+I PLC (LON: UAI) retaining a 24.5% stake. YCFII successfully acquired the 90-year old Saville Theatre in SoHo in Nov 2021. In 2019, the firm teamed with Astarte Capital to launch a series of discretionary Special Opportunities Funds. In 2018, the firm announced its masterplan vision to transform Olympia Exhibition Centre into London's new creative arts, entertainment and exhibition district with an investment of over $1.8 billion to create major performing arts theaters, hotels, creative studios, offices and restaurants, jazz club and art house cinema. In 2016, the firm began investing its first fund, $200M of pledged capital, towards UK opportunistic and value added special situations.
